She has spent more than 20 years leading operations and delivery teams in technology and has delivered hundreds of technology and digital projects. Danielle Lemons is Vice President of Operations at DirecTech Connect, based in White House, Tennessee. Over more than two decades leading operations and delivery teams in technology, she has delivered hundreds of projects for businesses ranging from local startups to established companies, at times managing as many as 40 active client projects at once, building a reputation for pairing technical insight with genuine care for the people behind each business.

Her studio, daniellelemons.com, takes a research-first approach unusual in the industry: every project begins with real research into a business's customers and competitors, followed by a fully built, working website the owner can click through before deciding whether to move forward. She has shipped live sites for electrical contractors, medical practices, churches, restaurants, custom fabricators and retailers throughout the Nashville area.

For business phones, managed IT, cybersecurity and everything else a small business runs on, she is part of DirecTech Connect, giving clients one point of contact for their entire technology stack. She is active in local business communities across White House, Hendersonville and Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
